- 1 large ripe banana (mashed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Stir in the almond flour and cinnamon (if using) until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch wide).
- Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- If desired, roll warm bites in coconut sugar and cinnamon or sprinkle with shredded coconut before serving.
