- 500g ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large egg
- 250ml heavy cream
- 4 cups chicken or beef broth
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 medium potatoes
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping onions, carrots, and parsley. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and egg; mix well and shape into small meatballs.
- In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the carrots and diced potatoes in oil until softened.
- In a frying pan over medium-high heat, brown the meatballs until golden on all sides.
- Add the sautéed vegetables and broth to the large pot; bring to a simmer and gently add the browned meatballs.
- Stir in heavy cream and heat through on low. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
