Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped, optional)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 ½ pounds chicken hamburger (browned)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bottle Catalina dressing (16 ounces)
- 15.5 ounces bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the chicken hamburger over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease. Add the taco seasoning and stir well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the browned chicken, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onion (if using), and cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, add the Catalina dressing to the salad mix and toss gently. Sprinkle crushed Doritos on top for added crunch.
