  • 1 can corn (15.25 oz, undrained)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz, undrained)
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.
  2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Layer in the corn, followed by Rotel tomatoes and black beans.
  4. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix, cumin, chili powder, and onion powder evenly over the top.
  5. Place the block of cream cheese on top without mixing it in.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until chicken is tender.
  7. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the chili mixture before serving.
