Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove any pits.
- Arrange the dates on the lined sheet, slit side up, and flatten gently using a glass cup.
- Microwave peanut butter for 20-30 seconds to soften, then spread over the flattened dates.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with avocado oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate or freeze for at least 30 minutes until set, then cut into pieces.
