- 3 cups red grapes

- 15 ounces mandarin oranges (1 can)
- 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, red grapes, sliced pineapple, and mandarin oranges. Stir gently to mix.
- Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding powder over the mixed fruit, then add the vanilla and almond extracts. Stir gently until all fruit is coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight to enhance flavors.
