- 6 boneless beef loin chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
- California Style Lemon Pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill on medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the beef chops with lemon pepper. Squeeze half a lemon over each side and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the seasoned chops on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes until dark grill marks form. Rotate 90° and cook for another 2 minutes. Flip and repeat the process.
- Check doneness with an instant-read thermometer; it should read 145°F. If necessary, continue grilling until cooked through.
- Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving with fresh parsley on top.
