Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
- Pinch sea salt and fresh ground pepper
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Finely mince the garlic cloves and capers. In a bowl, combine them with oregano, rosemary, thyme, parmesan cheese, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper.
- Use the back of a spoon to mash the herb mixture until well combined.
- Create mounds of the mixture on a rimmed plate and generously drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve immediately alongside slices of crusty bread.
