Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- Juice of 2 large lemons
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Coarse salt (optional)
- Steaks of your choice
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, and optional salt until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over your steaks in a resealable bag or a covered dish. Refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
- Preheat your grill to high heat about 20 minutes before grilling. Clean the grates with a wire brush.
- Remove steaks from marinade and season with salt if desired. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
- Allow cooked steaks to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
