  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil

  • Coarse salt (optional)
  • Steaks of your choice

Instructions

  4. Remove steaks from marinade and season with salt if desired. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
