- 6 cups day-old bread, cubed (brioche or challah)
- 3 cups eggnog
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, coat the cubed bread with melted butter.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggnog, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until combined.
- Gently fold the bread into the egg mixture ensuring it's fully soaked. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
