Ingredients

  • 12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Soy sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Banana ketchup
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, minced garlic and ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chicken cubes and coat well; let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

  6. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
