Ingredients
- 12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Soy sauce
- Sweet soy sauce
- Banana ketchup
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, minced garlic and ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes and coat well; let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; brush skewers with olive oil.
- Grill for about 5 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
