- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
- 28 ounces Diced Tomatoes
- 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut cream)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing onions and mincing garlic.
- In the slow cooker, combine coconut oil, onions, ginger paste, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and diced tomatoes.
- Place the chicken thighs on top of the mixture and ensure they are well coated.
- Cook on low heat for about 4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream or coconut cream before serving.
