  • ½ cup fresh orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oranges by rinsing them and boiling in water for one hour.
  2. Blend the boiled oranges until smooth.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine blended oranges, honey, eggs, almond flour, ground pistachios, baking soda, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  6. For the glaze, heat honey and orange juice in a small pot until reduced by half; let cool.
