- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup each of fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 teaspoons chopped walnuts (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- Dash ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
- In a medium bowl, mix the fresh baby spinach with the assorted berries.
- Drizzle the dressing over the spinach and berry mixture.
- Sprinkle toasted walnuts on top and gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
