- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
Instructions
- Puree the blackberries in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- In a saucepan, combine blackberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar; heat until thickened. Cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gradually add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix cooled blackberry puree into whipped cream gently to create swirls.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
