Ingredients
- 18 Oreos (finely crushed)
- 3 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 Symphony bars (4.25 oz each)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cream (whipped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine finely crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl; press into a 9″ pie plate. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set, then cool.
- In a glass bowl, melt Symphony bars with milk in the microwave at 50% power until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Whip cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Spoon filling into the cooled crust and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
