- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant.
- Add cubed chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Incorporate sliced bell peppers and soy sauce; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until everything is tender.
- While the chicken cooks, steam broccoli until bright green and crisp.
- Combine steamed broccoli with hot cooked rice in a bowl; season lightly with salt.
- Assemble the bowl by spooning broccoli rice on one side and the chicken stir-fry on the other. Serve hot.
