  • 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches). Spread marinara sauce over it, leaving a border.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and half of the Parmesan on top of the sauce.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan in a bowl. Brush this mixture over each roll.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
