Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches). Spread marinara sauce over it, leaving a border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and half of the Parmesan on top of the sauce.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan in a bowl. Brush this mixture over each roll.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
