Ingredients
- 3 Peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 ½ inch piece Ginger, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup Cane Sugar
- 1 cup Water (for syrup)
- 1 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 5 cups Cold Water
- Ice Cubes
- Fresh cut lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine peaches, ginger, sugar, and 1 cup water. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat until fragrant.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
- Add fresh lemon juice and cold water to the pitcher; stir well to combine.
- Serve immediately over ice with lemon slices as garnish.
