Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp rice vinegar (sub apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons green onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Whisk together coconut aminos, beef broth, rice vinegar, coconut sugar, arrowroot starch, garlic powder, and ginger powder until smooth.
- Heat avocado oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Sauté broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes until crisp-tender; remove from pan.
- In the same pan, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
- Return broccoli to the pan, add the sauce mixture, lower heat slightly, and stir until thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
- Serve hot topped with chopped green onions.
