Instructions
- For the Mushroom & Scrambled Egg Toast: Sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown (about 4–5 minutes). Scramble eggs in a separate pan until soft and creamy. Toast the rustic bread until golden brown, layer with sautéed mushrooms and scrambled eggs, then garnish with parsley.
- For the Avocado, Tomato & Feta Toast: Toast another slice of rustic bread. Spread avocado on top, add halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle feta cheese, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
