Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Assorted bell peppers and red onion for skewering
Instructions
- Cut the steak into one-inch cubes for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated steak onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell peppers and red onion.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to your desired doneness.
