Ingredients
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and zest until well combined.
- Unroll the pie crust into a disposable foil pie pan and fill it with the berry mixture. Fold the crust edges over the filling and brush with cream.
- Place another foil pan upside down on the grill and set your pie on top. Cover and grill for 20–30 minutes, checking at 15 minutes for doneness.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serve as desired.
