Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped apple (about 1 small apple)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
- 2 Tbsp caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
- Tear off two pieces of aluminum foil, each about 8 inches square.
- Place the chopped apples in the center of one piece of foil and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Drizzle caramel over the apples and top with granola.
- Cover with the second piece of foil and seal tightly to prevent leaks.
- Grill directly on grates or in an oven for 10-15 minutes until apples are tender.
- Open carefully to avoid steam burns and serve warm.
