  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp raw honey (melted if solid)
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp sea salt (for seasoning chicken)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (for seasoning chicken)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for seasoning chicken)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (for seasoning chicken)
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil (for the grill or pan)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted raw honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice or vinegar, avocado oil, and sea salt to create the dressing.
  2. Season chicken breasts with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Grill seasoned chicken over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber slices, avocado, turkey bacon, and hard-boiled eggs.
