Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Top each chicken breast with mozzarella slices, pesto, and cherry tomatoes.
- Close the grill lid for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese. Garnish with parsley before serving.
