- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and cilantro until well combined.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated shrimp onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill for about 2 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Serve with fresh lime wedges and avocado slices alongside a creamy dipping sauce made from Greek yogurt and cilantro.
