- 4 ears of corn (husked and bearded)
- 4 tablespoons honey sriracha butter (melted)
- Lemon wedges (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the honey sriracha butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 20-30 seconds.
- Brush each ear of corn liberally with melted honey sriracha butter using a basting brush.
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat. Grill the corn, turning every couple of minutes for about 10 minutes until slightly charred and cooked through.
- For added flavor, brush more honey sriracha butter onto the corn while grilling.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with lemon wedges for an extra zing.
