- 4 ears of corn
- 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle corn with avocado oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill until charred (about 20 minutes).
- Cut cooled corn from cob into a mixing bowl; add tomatoes, avocado, goat cheese, red onion, and basil.
- In a mason jar, combine hot honey vinaigrette ingredients; shake well.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or store dressing separately if preparing ahead.
