- 2 teaspoons honey

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together Worcestershire sauce, tamari sauce, lemon juice, honey, grated garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the flank steak to the marinade and ensure it's fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill to 450°F.
- Grill the marinated flank steak for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F to 140°F for medium-rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
