- Bone-in beef chops

- Frozen pineapple concentrate (thawed)

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chili powder and cumin, then stir in thawed pineapple concentrate. Simmer until reduced to about two tablespoons.
- Season beef chops with salt and pepper, then rub with the pineapple chili glaze.
- Grill chops for three minutes on one side; flip and cook for an additional two minutes until done.
- Let rest for a minute before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
