Instructions

- Add the tri-tip steaks to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the marinated steaks for about 5 minutes on each side or until reaching your preferred doneness.
- Remove from the grill and rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
