- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus 1 cup for rolling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3–5 drops green food coloring
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
- Red confetti heart sprinkles (for topping)
- 1/4 cup melted white chocolate (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and green food coloring; mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans and cranberries.
- Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until just set but not browned.
- Allow to cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.
- Decorate with melted white chocolate and red heart sprinkles before cooling completely.
