- 6 ounces mozzarella pearls (fresh)
- 1 baguette (demi)
- ½ cup basil pesto
- gel food coloring (black)
- 12 ounces cherry tomatoes
- olive oil

- black pepper
- red pepper flakes
- fresh basil
- balsamic vinegar glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Fill silicone skull molds with mozzarella pearls and bake for 6–7 minutes until melted.
- Increase oven temp to 475°F. Halve cherry tomatoes, season, and roast for 10–15 minutes.
- Slice baguette into ½-inch pieces, toast for 8–10 minutes.
- Mix pesto with black food coloring to desired color.
- Assemble bruschetta by spreading pesto on toasted bread, adding roasted tomatoes and mozzarella skulls, then return to oven for an additional 8–10 minutes.
- Serve drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
