Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, coconut flour, and protein powder. Mix until evenly blended.
- Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice blend, almond butter, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into balls. Place on a baking sheet or plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
