- ¾ tsp liquid stevia
- ¾ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- Optional: flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by lining a baking tray with wax or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, salt, and liquid stevia until smooth. Stir in oat flour until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized truffle spheres and place them on the prepared tray.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using short intervals until fully melted.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Optionally sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before setting.
- Refrigerate or freeze until chocolate is firm.
