- 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone molds. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for about 10 minutes or until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place back on parchment-lined tray.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired and freeze for an additional 10 minutes to set.
