- 2 tbsp honey

- 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine plain flour, protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda; whisk until blended.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in fresh blueberries carefully.
- Grease muffin tin or use liners; fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown; test doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the tin for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
