Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 4 garlic cloves, grated or minced
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 pounds bone-in chicken pieces
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced jalapeño, grated garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour marinade into a large ziptop bag or baking dish and add chicken pieces. Toss to coat evenly. Seal and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill marinated chicken for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
