Ingredients
- 4 large ripe yellow peaches
- 1 cup blackberries
- ¾ cup blueberries
- Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
- 6 large basil leaves
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- Juice of ½ lime
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Slice peaches into wedges and rinse blackberries and blueberries.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds.
- Drizzle honey over the mixture and squeeze lime juice for added zest.
- Gently toss all ingredients using tongs until well coated.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with basil ribbons and parsley before serving.
