Ingredients
- 6 to 8 boneless beef chops (about 4 ounces each)
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup organic honey
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season both sides of the beef chops with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and white vinegar until well combined.
- Place seasoned chops in a resealable bag, add marinade, seal tightly, and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chops from the marinade and place on the grill; cook for about 4 to 5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F to 155°F.
