- 3 tablespoons honey Sriracha butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Clean, peel, and devein the shrimp while keeping the tails on. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, coat shrimp with honey Sriracha butter until evenly covered.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until slightly charred.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
