Instructions
- Slice the zucchinis into even rounds using a mandoline slicer or knife for uniform cooking.
- In a bowl, mix the vinaigrette with garlic powder and optional herbs.
- Place zucchini slices in a Ziploc bag, pour in the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drain the zucchini before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates.
- Grill zucchini slices for approximately 10-12 minutes total, turning halfway for even charring.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving hot.
