Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium-high until dissolved.
- Fold the vinegar mixture into warm cooked sushi rice gently.
- Lightly wet your hands to prevent sticking, then take a generous amount of seasoned rice and stuff it into each inari age.
