Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and apple butter until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg until well combined.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar before placing them on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
