- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 4 garlic cloves, peeled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place garlic cloves on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil; wrap in foil.
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add cleaned mushrooms to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread marinated mushrooms around the wrapped garlic on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
- Drizzle with remaining marinade before serving.
