- 2 ripe bananas (approximately 250g)

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2g)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (30g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bite.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
