- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Grease a large baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add mini marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the instant banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
- Gradually fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in sliced bananas just before transferring to the prepared pan.
- Press mixture into an even layer and let cool at room temperature until set. Cut into squares to serve.
