- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes before stirring in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss in the cooked bowtie pasta, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
- Serve hot with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
