- 8 slider buns (brioche or sesame)
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
- 12 dill pickles (sliced)
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; mix well.
- Shape the beef mixture into small patties that fit your buns.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook each patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked, adding cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
- Assemble sliders by layering lettuce, patties with melted cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce on each bun bottom before placing the top bun on.
- Arrange assembled sliders in the baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until heated through.
